2012 Reflections

2012 was full of memories:

January – Big snow storm rolled through that ended in forts being built and lots of bonding moments in the snow.

February – We experienced the Roller Derby for the first time with Terrisa and her Family.

March – Unseasonably warm weather brought out both the Harley and the opportunity for a DIY dresser project.

April – I moved in with Jason and Vince and combined the house warming party with my 31st birthday party. We also became case club members for the 1st time at Wollersheim Winery and took a very buggy hike at Devils Lake state park.

May – Included many cookouts, a birthday Brewer game with my Dad and an awesome weekend getaway up north with Amy and Andy to the cabin.

June – Involved pool parties, crafting, family bonding time, baseball and one awesome painting/wine night with Amy, Andy, Jason, Laura and Dan.  Still one of my favorite nights.

July – Jason and I went out to Lake Placid, NY to visit my Mom’s family and then went to the Renaissance Faire in Bristol, IL with Amy and Andy.  July also brought the beginning of my 2nd round of braces.  Invisalign this time.

August – Medieval Times, a surprise golf outing, Vince’s football practices and our first Betty Lou Cruise!

September – Remodeled Vince’s bedroom, Hookers dates, Vince’s football games, Dinner dates with Amy and Andy and a Brewer’s date with Laura.

October – Vince’s 10th birthday party (which was a huge hit), a girls night out at the Melting Pot restaurant, Dinner and Wine at Amy’s (and 1 expensive bottle of wine) and training at Epic.

November – Brayden turned 2 years old, I got a new tattoo, my sister and I had a girls day with my nieces and we took some great family photos!

December – A snowpocalypse arrived that earned big kids and little kids 2 extra snow days (and lots of snow blowing), many festivities included cookies, family, cookies, presents, cheer and sparkles and cookies.
